FEES - SCHEDULE
Custom Travel Planning Fees
Planning fees apply for us to design your Custom Vacation Packages or Specialty Packages outlined below and must be paid before we begin to research your travel request and provide a quotation. Planning fees are non-refundable and non-transferable given the upfront work required, and will not be applied towards your trip if booked.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Two initial (2) quotations/proposals will be provided and a maximum of two (2) revisions only.

Up to three (3) hotel options to choose from based on your budget.

Complimentary 15-min travel consultation call to further discuss your travel plans.

Personalized destination research to design a travel package customized specifically for you.

Booking and management of all trip components once you proceed to book with us.

Recommendations of tours & activities to enhance your trip (if applicable) with personal booking link for you to book tours directly on our online portal, or upgrade to add tours/activities package based on planning package selected.

Unlimited support from time of booking a travel planning service until you return from your trip.​
*Bookings must be made within 7 days of approving quotation or a new planning fee will be assessed. All prices quoted in UDS$.
Please Note:

There are no custom travel planning fees for individual hotel only or cruise only quotation requests when you know the specific property or cruiseline you wish to go on. Client must specify the name of the hotel or cruiseline and specific date(s) on quotation form. Planning fees will however apply for group hotel (10+ travellers) or group cruise (8+ cabins) quotations.

There are no planning fees for upfront payment pre-packaged trips which we put together and advertise or for our hosted group trips. Any changes to dates or hotels in our upfront payment packages will be treated as a new travel request.
A booking fee of USS $50 per person however applies to our advertised payment plan packages!
A. INDIVIDUAL VACATION PACKAGES

This is based on one occupancy option only (e.g. single, double, triple or quad) for 1-4 travellers

Research covers flight and hotel accommodation as part of your package. Option to add Tours & Transfers to your package for additional fee.

Book at least 9 rooms to qualify for special group rates, and we can negotiate with suppliers to obtain a group contract to facilitate low monthly installments for the group (depends on how far in advance you book)

2. Custom Honeymoon & Anniversary Packages

Cruise only quotations do not attract planning fees like our custom vacation packages. In order to benefit from our free cruise quotation service, you must know which ship you wish to sail on, itinerary and specific dates otherwise a planning fee will apply.

The cruise honeymoon package price does not include our standard planning (quotation) fees, but covers the other components of the package and complimentary inclusions – customised daily itinerary and Travel Empire exclusive gifts.
